The owner loves the property due the convenience afforded by the location and amenities. Basic cable, internet, water, sewer and trash are just a few of the normal living expenses included within the monthly maintenance fees. Pet friendly complex allowing 2 pets. Recently refurbished tennis courts adjacent to the complex's 2nd pool. Gateway Crossing Center and Ibis Walk are just across Roosevelt Blvd with Publix, UPS store, restaurants, gas station and other amenities. Grounds are well kept (still dealing with some privacy fencing repairs after the hurricane). Assigned parking space #199 in front just steps from the front entrance plus several Visitor parking spaces in front of the building just a few yards away.
